Reach Out & Share Your Vision
Start by reaching out and sharing your vision. Send a few photos of the space, along with a short note about what isn’t working today and what you’d love instead. Tell us your must-haves, nice-to-haves, inspiration links, and any timing or budget goals. From the first message, we focus on clear communication and a smooth experience.

Personalized Consultation & Ballpark Estimate
Next, we’ll schedule a personalized consultation to talk through your goals, constraints, and style. After reviewing your photos and notes, we outline the likely scope and provide a ballpark investment range so you can gauge feasibility before committing further. If the range feels right, we’ll book a free in-home visit to see the space in person and confirm the direction.

On-Site Walkthrough & Design
During the on-site walkthrough, we take measurements, note structural and mechanical conditions, and discuss layout, storage, lighting, and finishes. If you choose to move forward, we’ll proceed with a Design/Construction Agreement and a design deposit (typically 10–15% of the estimate). We develop a comprehensive design with detailed 3D visuals so you can experience the layout and refine selections before we build.

Scheduling & Preparing for Construction
Once design is finalized, we schedule your project and share a prep guide covering timeline, milestones, site protection, and how to get your home ready. We confirm work hours, dust control, daily cleanup, logistics, and communication cadence. If we uncover hidden issues—like outdated wiring, plumbing concerns, or structural needs—we document with photos, present clear options and transparent pricing, and proceed only with your approval.

Bringing Your Vision to Life
Finally we bring your vision to life with careful craftsmanship and consistent updates. We handle layout checks, framing, mechanicals, insulation, drywall, finishes, and final details with respect for your home. At completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough, address any punch-list items, complete a final clean, and provide care tips and warranty information so you can settle in and enjoy your beautifully transformed space.
