Your Dream Remodel in Five Simple Steps
Share Your Vision
Reach out and tell us about your project. Share what’s not working in your space, what you’re hoping to change, and any inspiration, goals, or priorities you have in mind. Photos of the existing space and inspiration images are always helpful at this stage.
We’ll also talk through budget expectations early on to make sure we’re aligned and that moving forward makes sense for everyone.
In-Home Consultation
$150 | Approximately 1 hour
The consultation fee is credited toward your project if you move forward with us.
This on-site visit is a working session focused on understanding your home, your goals, and what’s realistically possible. We’ll walk the space together, discuss layout and construction considerations, and talk through potential approaches.
You’ll receive a high-level overall project cost range to help you decide how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Design & Scope Development
If the consultation confirms a good fit, we move into design and pre-construction. At this stage, we enter into a design/pre-construction agreement and collect a design deposit (typically 10–15% of the project estimate) to begin developing the project in detail.
This phase includes refining layouts, developing the scope of work, reviewing selections and allowances, and establishing clear expectations around cost and timing. In most cases, we also create 3D visuals so you can better experience the space and refine decisions before construction begins.

Even if you decide not to move forward with construction for any reason, the design work is yours to keep.
Construction
With a clear plan in place, we move into construction. Our focus is on thoughtful craftsmanship, clear communication, and respect for your home throughout the build.
We manage scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day progress while keeping you informed and involved as the project comes together.
Project Completion
As construction wraps up, we complete final details, address any punch-list items, and walk the space with you to ensure everything meets expectations.
We also include a one-year warranty walk-through, returning to your home after a year to inspect the work and confirm everything is holding up as expected, providing added peace of mind long after the project is complete.
